About Fiber Glass Insulated Thermocouple Wire - 500 C

FIBER GLASS INSULATION is ideal for general application requiring moderate abrasion, moisture resistance & high temperature resistance up to 500 C. Fiber Glass yarn is closely & tightly braided over the thermocouple conductors and impregnated. Wire sizes ranging from 12 AWG TO 22 AWG i.e. from 2.44 mm to 0.63mm in solid and stranded sizes. Designed for high temperature application in metal industries, forgings, aluminum, plastic processing equipments etc.

Thermal Accuracy conforms to AMERICAN Limits of Error ASTM E 230 ANSI MC 96.1 & IEC Thermal Tolerance Class EN 60584 2.
